FAQ

About page numbers

Do you upload my PDF?

No. Page numbers are added entirely in your browser.

Are the numbers selectable text?

Yes β€” Helvetica is embedded as a standard font, so the numbers are real, selectable, searchable text.

What about non-Latin numerals?

The standard font used here is WinAnsi-encoded, so it supports ASCII digits 0–9. Localized digit shapes (e.g. Eastern Arabic numerals) require a custom TTF and aren't part of the current tool.
