FAQ

About splitting PDFs

Do you upload my PDF?

No. Splitting happens entirely in your browser.

What is the output format?

A ZIP containing one PDF per part (default), or a single PDF if you choose "Extract selected".

What about encrypted PDFs?

Not supported. Please unlock the file in a desktop tool first.

Are my range entries validated?

Yes. Out-of-range numbers are clamped and the count of produced parts is shown before you click Split.
